1. Cancellation Policy.
There are two options of room rates to reserve a room at the Hotel: refundable or non-refundable reservations.
- Refundable: The cancellation is free of charge 5 days prior to the date of arrival, after that time Hotel has a right to charge you 100% of the first night room rate as cancellation fee.
- Nonrefundable: No cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation 100% of the entire reservation cost amount will be charged as cancellation fee at any time.
2. The guest who is checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years old. Minors can only be accommodated in the hotel accompanied by their parents, legal representatives or by a notarized power of attorney.
3. Check-in time – 2 pm, check-out time - 12.00 noon local time.
4. Complimentary early check-in before 2 pm is a subject to availability on the day of check-in.
Guaranteed early check-in should be paid additionally by 50% of the first night cost.
Late check-out from 12.00 to 17.00 hours - payment for half a day;
Late check-out after 17.00 hours - payment for a full day.
5. Kindly use your own safe box for safe storage of your valuables.
6. Strictly prohibited:
- to give keys or to tell the number of the guest room to unregistered persons;
- an accommodation with animals
- to smoke in the room or the hotel (additional charge for cleaning the room where people smoked is 5000 rubles)
- to disturb guests from other rooms.
