What is the difference between the hotel room categories?
The amenities and set of services in all hotel rooms is identical. The difference is in the size of the room, design and the number of people that can be accommodated.
How does the check-in going?
If you arrived earlier than the check-in time, then we will offer to leave your luggage in our luggage room or we will accommodate you immediately in the case it’s possible. Guaranteed early check-in is paid additionally in the amount of 50% of the cost of first night of your reservation and gives the right to check-in at any convenient time from 7 am.
Can I leave my luggage?
Sure! The hotel has a luggage room. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out and return for them at any convenient time.
Is it possible to book a specific room?
We have different designs within each room category. We can only guarantee a category, not a specific design upon booking. But in the case you really liked a special room, kindly ask you to leave your request with a comment for us and we will do our best to take it into account.
What are the possible payment methods?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, Maestro, and moreover we can also send you an invoice for payment by bank transfer.
Is it possible to fulfill special requests?

Where can I leave my car? Is there a parking lot?
You can find a free city parking near the hotel on Gorokhovaya and Malaya Morskaya streets, also in the parking next to St. Isaac's Cathedral.
